This document outlines the rules and conditions governing access to the Quebec Casino online service.

Quebec Casino Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Quebec Casino online gaming and betting service. By registering an account or accessing any part of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Quebec Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the service following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Users are responsible for reviewing this document periodically.

1. Eligibility and Access Requirements

Access to the Quebec Casino service is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 19 years of age. This minimum age requirement applies regardless of the province in which you reside or from which you access the service.
  • You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino and betting activity is lawful at the time of each session. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation is permitted under the laws applicable to you.
  • You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by a provincial regulator or by Quebec Casino.
  • You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of Quebec Casino or any affiliated entity.

Quebec Casino may request documentation to verify age, identity, or location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in suspension or termination of account access.

2. Account Registration and Maintenance

2.1 Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, Quebec Casino reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms of Use.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Quebec Casino will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access results from your failure to protect your credentials.

You must notify Quebec Casino immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.

2.3 Account Suspension and Closure

Quebec Casino may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of any of the following:

  • Fraudulent activity or use of funds derived from criminal or illegal sources
  • Collusion, cheating, or exploitation of system errors
  • Breach of any provision of these Terms of Use
  • Conduct that may expose Quebec Casino or other users to legal or regulatory risk

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, Quebec Casino reserves the right to cancel pending transactions and withhold balances to the extent permitted by applicable law and regulatory requirements.

3. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the Quebec Casino service, you agree that you will not:

  • Access the service from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful
  • Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the service
  • Attempt to manipulate outcomes, exploit technical errors, or engage in any form of cheating
  • Transfer, sell, or assign your account to any third party
  • Use the service for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activity
  • Engage in any conduct that interferes with the integrity of the service or the experience of other users

Quebec Casino may report suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, iGaming Ontario, law enforcement agencies, or other relevant authorities as required.

4. Intellectual Property

All content accessible through the Quebec Casino service, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and interface elements, remains the exclusive property of Quebec Casino or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use this content solely for the purpose of using the service in accordance with these Terms of Use. No other rights are granted.

5. Limitation of Liability

Quebec Casino does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the service. The service is provided on an as-available basis. Quebec Casino will not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Account balances held with Quebec Casino do not constitute bank deposits and are not insured by any government deposit protection scheme.

6. Responsible Gaming

Quebec Casino supports responsible gaming practices. Users who believe they may have a problem with gambling are encouraged to make use of available self-exclusion tools and to seek assistance from recognised support organisations. Self-exclusion requests are processed in accordance with Quebec Casino’s Responsible Gaming Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Use by reference.

7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint relating to your account, a transaction, a wager outcome, or any aspect of the service, you must submit a formal complaint to Quebec Casino in the first instance. Quebec Casino will acknowledge your complaint and provide a written response within the timeframe set out in its complaints procedure.

If your complaint remains unresolved after Quebec Casino has issued its final decision, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body in your province. In Ontario, unresolved disputes may be referred to iGaming Ontario after the operator’s internal process has been completed. The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario does not adjudicate individual gambling transaction disputes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the province in which you are located at the time of access. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure set out in Section 7 will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable province.

9. Contact

For questions relating to these Terms of Use, account matters, or compliance concerns, contact Quebec Casino through the official support channel listed on the website. Include your registered account details and a clear description of your query to allow for efficient handling.
